President –
Plan meetings in debating club
Up date Proboards
Support all Debaters
Chair Inter House Debate
Chair Debate Club Debates
Organises Inter House Debate
Maintain Notice Board
Attend all debate club meetings
Keep a good relationship with vice president, secretary and timekeeper
Attend debates school members are in
Write piece about debating club and Inter House Debate for year CD
Create new ideas on how to improve debate club


Vice President-
Help organise Inter House Debate
Take responsibility for the development of younger debaters
Keep a good relationship with president, secretary and timekeeper
Attend debates school members are in
Attend all debate club meetings
Be committed and help out


Secretary-
Register
Keep president informed as to who has not debated so there is a rotation of speakers
Up date Proboards with upcoming events and add the minutes to proboards
Aid president in writing about debating club and Inter House Debate for year CD


Timekeeper –
Time keep in debates
Time keep at inter house debate
Maintain the notice board
Advertise Debate Club and recruit new members
Know Times for all Types of Debates
Teach younger members about timings and different types of debates

They all must attend a monthly debating general meeting. Next Meeting 28th January 2013 in the library.

Speeches should be done by 14th of January as on the 14th there will be a Vote for Vice Presadant and Time Keeper.
