Commonality between ‘Aunt Julia’ and ‘Visting Hour’
Theme:
Both are about bereavement and facing death
Aunt Julia: The speaker copes with the loss of his beloved Aunt (also the death of the island way of life)
Visiting Hour: The speaker deals with the death of a relative.
Tone:
